How to replace bad leads

Bad leads are replaced by clicking on the next to the lead details on the home dashboard. 

As seen in the following screenshot: 


After clicking the x , please state your reason for seeking the replacement.

  • the lead is uncontactable
  • there was noone by that name at the number
  • this lead does not meet my purchase criteria
  • etc

Replacements are then issues by a credit, which will add a new lead to the top of your order.
